The purpose of ‘dinking a few shots’ is to not only to warm up the muscles and limbs; but, the muscle memory for shot accuracy.
- FIRST and FOREMOST

- Calves, quads, hips
- Back, Neck, Shoulders

- Non-volley line dinks & volleys (popcorn). Straight on from your partner and Cross-court

- IF you can have a conversation while doing these shots; YOU are missing the intention of the warm-up; AND, you’ll likely be missing a lot of shots! YIKES

- Drop shots.

- One partner stands at the NVZ (kitchen line) while the other is at the back baseline OR middle of the court (transition zone)
- Alternate with your partner after 8-12 attempts

- Baseline to baseline ground strokes (forehand and backhand)
